Baltimore Citizens for Positive Change CDC provides the following services to residents living in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area:

GREEN-BUILD AWARENESS TRAINING

A 10-week pre-construction skills training program that will educated juvenile ex-offenders in the areas of blueprint reading, the correct use of power tools and equipment, and knowledge of safety and education of LEED certified construction, installation of various alternative energy systems, and the production of green building components and materials.

ENTREPRENEURIAL COACHING

If green business is one of your primary goals. BCPC will help you find a business that suits your passions, personality, strengths, experience, goals, beliefs and ideas. Classes include Business structure, Start-up Costs, Website Design, Green Financing, Social Responsibility, Establishing a Green Business Culture and Making Money.

ELDERLY HOME REPAIR PROGRAM & HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

• Through this program seniors in the community that require urgent home repair but can not afford it will be provided through our students during their 10-week training program under the Green Build Awareness Training program of BCPC.
• The Housing Development program will provide consumer education to low income citizens in the following areas: money management, home maintenance and rental/homeownership counseling.
