Baltimore Citizens for Positive Change CDC is a violence prevention organization that promotes self-sufficiency by creating sustainable employment and affordable housing opportunities through robust programs that raise the economic, educational and social levels of residents in Baltimore City. This will be accomplished through the development and implementation of Green jobs training and entrepreneurial coaching.

Baltimore Citizens for Positive Change CDC has programs which allow it's participants to reposition themselves for economic, educational and social advancement in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.  This is to improve the quality of life through self-improvement; which is the basis for community development.
